- Sales Branch (Nh phn phi/ i l)
- Phi hp Sales Team & Trade Team kho st knh phn phi & th trng nh k
- H tr Trade MKT Team Lead (Trade MKT Lead) kho st v trin khai hng mc truyn thng cho KH l, Nh phn phi/ i l: thnh phm Sales Kit (Brochure/ Leaflet/ Catalogue/ etc.) & POSM
- H tr v gim st cc hot ng s kin theo cp (Sampling/ MiniWorkshop/ Workshop/ Masterclass) ti cc tnh min Bc, Ty Nguyn, ng Nam B v Ty Nam B (chi ph cng tc c cng ty h tr &tn sut d kin 03 - 04 ln/ thng)
- H tr trin khai/ thc hin cc chng trnh khuyn mi knh bn hng (traditional sales) v cung cp d liu bo co kt qu, doanh thu sau chng trnh
Content Trade MKT & eCom (5%)
H tr to/ xut ni dung tng ng tng k hoch Trade MKT v trin khai trn cc nn tng offline, online (Fanpage, Instagram, TikTok)
CS (30%)
- Sau t hng
- Crosssales/ Ti nhc t (thm) hng v h tr x l bt c vn v cht lng sn phm, ghi nhn vn , phn nn (nu c) cp nht cho (Senior) Customer Service tng hp v phi hp cng BP. Sales x l
- Chun b qu tng, voucher tri n dnh cho phn vng KH cp hng nm nhn dp L, Tt hoc Sinh nht (c nhn) theo k hoch c ch nh
Other tasks (5%)
- Tham gia cc hot ng, s kin chung ca Cng ty hoc c yu cu bi Ban gim c
- Phi hp, h tr cng cc phng ban khc v i l
- Tun th, chp hnh ni quy Cng ty
Yu cu ng vin
- Kinh nghim 1 - 3 nm trong lnh vc Trade Marketing
- u tin Nam ph hp tnh cht di chuyn/ i cng tc thng xuyn
- u tin ng vin c kinh nghim thc tp trong lnh vc Sales, Trade MKT v Brand Communications (u tin ngnh F&B, FMCG, ngnh hng bn l)
- C kh nng i cng tc ngn hn (trung bnh 02 - 03 ln/ thng)
- C k nng mm, giao tip tt v s dng thnh tho Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Quyn li
- Thng nng, lng thng 13 ty theo kt qu kinh doanh v chnh sch tng nm ca cng ty;
- Qu/ tin mng vo cc dp Tt Nguyn n, Tt Trung thu, l 20/10, 8/3, Ging sinh, sinh nht...cng nhiu hot ng gn kt trong nm.
- c o to v marketing hin i trong ngnh F&B: product marketing, digital performance, data-driven marketing
- C hi lm vic trong lnh vc F&B ang pht trin mnh m, c tham gia cc chng trnh o to chuyn su v ngnh F&B, k nng pha ch tr c ph cng nh k nng kinh doanh hin i, gip bn nhanh chng nng cao nng lc, t tin chinh phc th trng v pht trin s nghip lu di;
- Khm sc khe nh k hng nm theo chnh sch phc li ni b;
- Tham gia hot ng Teambuilding, Company trip trong/ ngoi nc hng nm cng cng ty (Ty thuc vo tnh hnh kinh doanh ca cng ty)
- Chnh sch tng lng c xt duyt da trn hiu qu cng vic; ng thi c h tr o to nng cao k thut v kin thc sn phm trong sut qu trnh lm vic;
- Tham gia y cc ch BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy nh php lut sau khi tr thnh nhn vin chnh thc;
- Nhn vin c nng lc tt c th chnh thc k hp ng khi cha kt thc hp ng th vic.
