Job Description

Job purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the schools enrollment goals by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The position focuses on social media advertising, online lead generation, market analysis, and supporting student admissions activities.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Social Media (40%)

  • Independently execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Website, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets, update platform policies/technical changes, and explore new tools to optimize results.
  • Monitor and report on leads, conversion rates, and customer acquisition from digital channels.
  • Provide cost-per-lead and cost-per-student reporting for each campaign.

2. Market Analysis & Planning (25%)

  • Analyze customer insights, digital trends, and competitors to adjust marketing strategies.
  • Manage online communities related to the school across social platforms.
  • Track and respond appropriately to user comments/feedback to maintain positive engagement.

3. Event & Admission Marketing Support (20%)

  • Support in planning, promoting, and executing school admissions events (open houses, seminars, trial classes, etc.).
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns that align with admissions events to drive attendance and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure seamless follow-up of leads generated through events.

5. Collaboration & Creative Development (15%)

  • Work with internal departments to generate creative campaign ideas that enhance the schools branding.
  • Collect, analyze, and report insights from digital communities to improve targeting and performance.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports or perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
  • And other tasks assigned by Deputy Director of Admission & Marketing

Job Specifications

Education

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

Specific knowledge requirements

At least 12 years of experience in digital marketing / social media ads management.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and commit to work effectiveness.

Experience in managing advertising budgets of over 500 million VND is an advantage.

Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
