Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Campaign Management & Optimization

- Execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, creative assets, bidding strategies, and tracking.

- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

2.Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker...) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal stakeholders.

3.Budget & ROI Management

- Manage assigned campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.

- Recommend reallocation of budgets based on performance trends.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

- Align campaign objectives with brand and business goals.

5.Market & Competitor Insights

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor activities.

- Test new channels, formats, and targeting methods to scale performance.

Qualifications

1. Must-Have:

- 13 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media buying.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker).

- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

2. Nice-to-Have

- Experience in eCommerce or retail.

- Exposure to TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
