English caption:Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile app marketing campaigns across multiple channels: Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other UA platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention to meet business objectives.
- Work with the creative team to produce ad materials (images, videos, landing pages) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor, analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
- Research market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to develop long-term marketing strategies.
- Manage and evaluate ASO (App Store Optimization) performance to boost organic installs.
- Represent the company at digital marketing events (12 events/month) to deliver presentations, pitch clients, and expand business networking opportunities.
Requirements- Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing, preferably in app campaigns (gaming, fintech,).
- Proficient in at least one major ad platform (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA); experience in multiple channels is a plus.
- Solid understanding of tracking and attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize funnels from install registration in-app events.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client pitching skills.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and adapt to new UA (User Acquisition) trends.
