Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth in the textile chemicals segment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise in textile processing with a commercial mindset and proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in textile chemicals, including dyes, auxiliaries, and functional solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers on dyeing, finishing, and pretreatment processes, offering tailored solutions to optimize performance and cost.
  • Manage and expand key customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships with mills, brands, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Coordinate closely with global technical, R&D, and production teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Oversee distribution channels, including managing distributors, monitoring performance, and expanding the distribution network to improve market coverage.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline tracking using CRM systems and internal tools.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and business reports to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid technical understanding of textile processes, especially dyeing, finishing, and pretreatment.
  • Proven track record in technical sales within textile chemicals or related industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in managing distributors or sales channels is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
