Job Description

WHAT IS JOB PURPOSE

You will be responsible for conducting Customized Research powered by social data and AI technology. By analyzing large-scale social conversations and consumer behaviors, you will identify what's trending, uncover the how and why behind consumer actions, and provide strategic insights that help clients optimize their social media marketing.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Data analysis & reporting (70%)

  • Support the Line Manager in executing customized marketing research by compiling data, conducting preliminary analysis, and developing clear, insight-driven reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Assist the Line Manager in conducting syndicated research for internal and external teams.
  • Monitor social media hot topics/trends and support in generating meaningful insights for internal teams and clients under the Line Manager's supervision.

Project management (25%)

  • Coordinate internal project tasks and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery under the guidance of the Line Manager

Client Servicing (5%)

  • Support the Line Manager in client engagement and in providing consultancy for ad-hoc analysis requests.
  • Get feedback from client for each project and report with Line Manager for improvement

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Ability to understand market research results and use these results along with in-market data to pull together a story
  • Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage
  • Good data visualization & preparation skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to manage personal workload and to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly pull together a story that will resonate with the client
  • Trend catching
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint). Proficient in SPSS is an advantage

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field
  • This position is open to candidates who meet one of the following: (1) internship experience in market research or consumer insights; (2) marketing-related academic research experience at university; or (3) 6 months to 1.5 years of full-time experience in market research, consumer insights, or other analysis-related roles.
  • Have an experience in social listening is an advantage

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 13:30 PM – 18:00 PM

Location: 2nd Floor, Lu Gia Plaza, 70 Lu Gia, Phu Tho Ward, HCMC
