Job Description

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding and logistics services, developing new customers, and maintaining existing business relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service presentations to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM system.
  • Collect market and competitor information for business analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in networking events, meetings, and customer visits.
  • Report sales performance and market trends to Sales Manager on a regular basis.

Experience / Skills Requirements

  • College degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Good command of English is a plus.
