Job Title: Regional Sales Engineer/ Project Sales (Southern Area)
Report To: CAC Sales Manager
Location: Southern (Ho Chi Minh)
Business Travel Frequency: 60%
Worker Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Project Business & Channel Management: Execute project-related tasks and manage LCAC/CAC dealer networks and M&E partners to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Customer Development & Training: Identify and train new potential customers including LCAC/CAC dealers, M&E contractors, general contractors, and project partners.
- Relationship Building: Regularly meet with customers to strengthen relationships and secure inquiries for new projects.
- Sales & Marketing Activities: Prospect, maintain, and grow customer relationships through coordinated sales and marketing initiatives across departments.
- Competitor Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports on competitor activities, analyze performance outcomes, and communicate findings to management.
- Sales Forecasting: Contribute to sales forecasting (PSI) to drive project sales outcomes.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with engineering support, marketing, and after-sales service teams to implement business development and B2B marketing strategies within the assigned area using standardized KPI metrics.
- Additional Duties: Execute other tasks as assigned by the CAC Sales Manager in line with the approved monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
Job Requirements
- Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in change management, relationship building, and customer care.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD for designing HVAC layouts.
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and Business Administration.
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in project business with established relationships in LCAC/CAC dealer channels, investors, and general contractors/M&E contractors.
