Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Promote and sell LPT solutions across the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the beverage and dairy sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets including order intake, revenue, and gross margin, Number of client visits, number of quotations, number of calls, Cross Selling SEA products portfolios
  • Creating and conducting technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Collaborate with support team for tehnical design, solution and quotation
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, bidding documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions.
  • Update project and orders in project management system
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, market research and competitor analysis.
  • Update sales activities reports, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts in CRM/SAP system.
  • Support after sales business as well via selling contract preventive maintenance packages to customers
  • Constantly travelling to visit potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Conduct marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Technical Sales Management, with excellent related skills for sales capacity
  • Prior experience in liquid and filling technology
  • Experience in negotiations with the clients on new machines
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta and CRM systems
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese language are essential.
  • Emphatic with strong customer focus
  • Strong mechanical experience will be an advantage which would include processing knowledge
  • Service oriented, patient, and a team player
  • Safety conscious and of good moral character
  • Strongly self-motivated for personal responsibility, working for solution & overcoming difficulties; highly organized and able to work independently, having strong team work mind and skills
  • Ready to travel and work off-hours
