Job Description:
As aTechnical Sales Engineer Industrial Printing, you will be the key link between our advanced printing solutions and customer needs. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, support sales efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Konica Minoltas industrial printing solutions meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with customers to understand and capture technical needs
- Work with internal teams to develop technical proposals
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product knowledge
- Attend meetings with IP Managers as a technical expert
- Co-create effective solutions with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and proposal requests
- Present proposals alongside the sales team
- Provide post-implementation support
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industrial printing products and services
Requirements:
Must Have:
- University/College degree
- 23 years of sales experience
- Good communication in English and computer literacy
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the industrial printing industry or selling photocopy machines/printers/industrial printers
- Willingness to go on business trips.
