We are looking for a passionate and technical Product Manager to join our growing team, who will be responsible for building features and leading the product vision & roadmap for some of our exciting products, such as:
- Growth: Gamification, Promotion Engines, Growth Campaigns.
- Platform: CDP, CRM, Portal
- Engagement/Retention features.
Job's Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for your assigned non-Fintech products, aligned with CAKE s overall business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to define user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear, concise, and technically feasible product requirements.
- Oversee development progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of features using Agile methodologies.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging user data and analytics to measure success and iterate on features.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in non-Fintech technologies, identifying opportunities for CAKE to innovate.
- Clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to all stakeholders.
Job's Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Tech Product Development and Management, prefer having experience in building the growth features for high concurrency products such as gamifications or campaigns.
- Having passionate with building scalable/growth platforms, portal for internal team using.
- Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Have a deep technical background, with a solid understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies, working directly with engineering team to follow and develop product features.
- A data enthusiast, comfortable working with user data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Have a proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on new products.
- A master communicator, able to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passionate about building user-centric products that solve real problems.
- Bonus points for experience in the CDP, CRM, or Engagement product space.
