About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our product team, driving the product vision, and delivering impactful solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. As a key player, you&aposll guide the team through the product lifecycle and ensure we build products that make a real difference.Experience working in fintech or crypto companies is a strong plus, as it helps you better understand the unique dynamics and user expectations of this space.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a product team of 2 members, ensuring strong alignment and high performance.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, research, validation, execution to performance optimization.
- Identify user pain points through research and data analysis, transforming insights into actionable product strategies.
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date PRDthat accurately reflects product changes and direction.
- Design and oversee simple, intuitive, and user-centered UX/UI flows.
- Align product strategy with business objectives to maximize value creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to deliver high-quality features.
- Adapt quickly to changes, market shifts, and feedback, maintaining agility in product development.
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, etc.).
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experiencein end-to-end product development.
- Strong business mindset able to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Expertise in uncovering deep user insights and translating them into product opportunities.
- Solid background in creating and evaluating UX/UI flows that are simple, logical, and user-friendly.
- Leadership experience managing teams or mentoring junior PMs.
- Agile mindset flexible, proactive, and fast in adapting to changes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience of fintech or cryptocurrency is a plus.
