Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Engagement & Growth Manager to own the strategy and execution of engagement, loyalty, and personalization initiatives for our healthcare marketplace: eZRx.

Were moving at startup speed within a large corporation, and we need someone to supercharge adoption, engagement, and loyalty.

This is a high-impact role where youll shape how buyers and sellers interact, ensuring eZRx becomes the leading digital platform for B2B healthcare transactions in Asia.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead engagement strategies (emails, notifications, in-app messaging) to keep buyers and sellers active and informed.
  • Design and optimize voucher and loyalty programs that drive repeat orders and seller promotions.
  • Partner with commercial and data teams to refine recommendation engines, search, and ranking logic, improving product discovery.
  • Map and improve end-to-end user journeys for both buyers and sellers, running rapid A/B tests to improve conversion.
  • Design and pilot AI-driven initiatives such as dynamic pricing, predictive ordering, and personalized engagement.
  • Develop and test your own ideas and concepts to drive growth, your KPIs will be Buyer Growth, Transaction rate and Repurchase rate, and Seller sales growth
  • Work with leadership on scaling strategies, GTM, and market-specific priorities.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ownership, testing, and continuous improvement.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • 710 years in growth, CRM, loyalty, or product engagement roles, ideally in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of improving retention and engagement at scale.
  • Analytical and comfortable with GA4, Mixpanel, Clevertap, SAP, GCP/BigQuery, or equivalent tools is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in CRM strategy and growth marketing.
