In charge of Product Planning, Sales Revenues, OPSI & Operation for TV OR Water Heater products:
1. PRODUCT PLANNING
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
- Appraise new product ideas and/or packaging changes. Analysis product point of difference, SWOT of product and market to enhance product productivity.
- Determine product pricing, marketing activities and promotion by obtaining market analysis, product positioning, benchmark competitors.
- Plan & execute product strategies to channel.
2. SALES REVENUE
- Be accountable for sell-in/out targets in sales channel (focus on MT and GT channel).
- Drive sales & monitor profit to maximize sales revenue
- Expand network & obtain product market share aligning with targets
3. OPSI & OPERATION:
- Do short-term and long-term product sales forecasts (SI/SO) & performance reports.
- Oversee and manage OPSI, and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of working experience in Product Management
Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Excellent in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills .
Product knowledge mastery.
Advanced negotiation and industry benchmark knowledge.
Profound understanding of sales policies and processes.
4. Others:
Result-oriented
Having business mindset
Ability to work under high pressure
