This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. The role involves building and maintaining strong employer branding, conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, and contributing to the development and execution of recruitment strategies. This position is key to supporting Vietbank's commitment to nurturing a talented and dynamic workforce.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes, with the ability to match organizational needs with top talent
• Experience in Employer Branding to promote the company as a workplace of choice
• Excellent Interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial or banking industry is an advantage
