About the Head Office HR Business Partner Department

The Head Office HR Business Partner (HRBP) Department serves as the strategic people partner for all non-operational divisions at GHN, including Commercial, Finance, Technology, Product, Data, Legal, and other corporate functions. The team aligns business priorities with people strategies through workforce planning, recruitment, organizational design, and performance management, while also leading talent assessment, capability development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.

With a data-driven and insight-based approach, the HRBP team delivers timely, scalable HR solutions that enhance functional effectiveness, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and support GHN's long-term, sustainable growth.

Job Summary

In this role, you will partner closely with department leaders in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and resolving HR-related matters ensuring the organization always has the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the recruitment process and policies.
  • Research and analyze labor market trends, industry insights, and competitors HR practices.

Performance Management:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders as the main HR contact for assigned departments.
  • Work closely with HR functional teams to communicate, implement, and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Participate in key HR projects and initiatives to drive engagement and performance.

Employee Retention & Engagement:

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new hires on company culture, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Implement employee assessment and retention programs aligned with company growth stages.
  • Actively monitor workforce dynamics and proactively manage employee relations issues.
  • Support initiatives that promote a culture of recognition, trust, and professional growth.

Requirement

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment roles, preferably within fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Prior experience in Express delivery, E-Commerce, and Logistics is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and source candidates across multiple platforms, including passive candidates.

Skills:

  • Recruitment: Solid skills in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates objectively; able to build talent pools and navigate common recruitment channels.
  • Communication & Team Collaboration: Clear communication; able to coordinate effectively with HR function teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions; demonstrates responsibility and persistence. Shows responsibility, persistence, and accountability for assigned tasks
  • Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate in updating candidate status, HR records, probation tracking, and documentation.
  • Adaptability, Resilience & Positive Mindset: Works effectively under pressure, adapts quickly to change, and supports urgent business needs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
