Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and refine employer branding strategies, and coordinate hiring processes to meet business needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. The role demands strategic thinking and continuous improvement in recruitment processes to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding to enhance the organization's market presence and attract top talent
• Proven experience in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates for diverse roles
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of the local job market in Vietnam
