Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality candidates across the organisation. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate platforms
  • Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct search
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes
  • Prepare and manage job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and market benchmarks
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term candidate relationships
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns (where required)
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to stakeholders and candidates
Candidate Experience & Compliance
  • Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment law, data protection (GDPR), and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
