Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. This role goes beyond recruiting, you'll be shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard talent while helping to build a world-class employee experience.

You'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the wider HRMarcom team to make sure every candidate and employee interaction reflects the TechX culture: fast-moving, transparent, and human.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Execute recruitment for various functions (Tech, Product, Business) from sourcing to interviewing.
  • Partner with TA members and hiring managers to define requirements, source talent, and ensure smooth, high-quality hiring experiences.
  • Find creative sourcing strategies through social platforms, communities, and referrals.
  • Contribute to employer branding and content for careers pages and social media.

Engagement & Experience

  • Support onboarding programs to create a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate on internal engagement activities and content, from onboarding touchpoints to team events and communications.
  • Gather feedback and ideas to continuously improve candidate and employee experience.

TA / HR Operations

  • Maintain and optimize data accuracy in ATS and HR systems.
  • Support reporting and hiring metrics, ensuring processes are consistent and well-documented.
  • Participate in HR tech initiatives, helping integrate recruitment and engagement processes into TechX's AIOps platform and AI-driven culture tools (Xbot).

Key Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or People Operations (agency or in-house).
  • Passionate about people, communication, and candidate experience.
  • Dynamic, confident, curious, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Vietnamese and English communication (B2)
