Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Conduct detailed screening calls to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client-side hiring managers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure internal KPIs, SLAs, and client-specific requirements are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Address challenges proactively and offer recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of proven recruitment experience at a headhunting or recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment pipelines, sourcing tools, and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) due to frequent communication with foreign clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
