Job Description:

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organisation
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and organised candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with various HR and administrative tasks and projects

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Full-time interns preferred (3â€6 months)
