Location: 208 Nguyen Trai, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Required Qualifications:

● At least two years of experience in Support/System Admin or similar positions

● Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

● Upper-intermediate English● University degree in the field of computer science or information systems

● Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)

● MCSA, LPI1, CCNA knowledge or equivalent● Customer-oriented attitude

● Available to work in shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

● Available to work in weekend: (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Desired Qualifications:

● Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, EC2)

● Experience with Office 365, S3, Azure, Tape

● Experience with network traffic analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark)

● Knowledge of VMware backup and replication products

● CCNA, LPI 1,2, MCSA, Vmware Certificate

Responsibilities:

● Deal with incoming incidents via email, over the phone and online meetings (G2M, TeamViewer, Zoom)

● Deal with 2nd line support and development team

● Configure product in customers environment, describing product requirements andfeatures

● Troubleshoot Network Connectivity Issues, Operating System and Application issues

● Investigate product issues and providing custom builds with fixes

● Help Sales team with technical questions during meetings
