About Pandora Vietnam:
Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supervisor, Quality Surveillance & Improvement to join our team and drive quality excellence through effective Process Audit, Product Audit, Continuous Improvement, and quality-related projects. In this role, you will lead the QSI team in identifying quality risks and opportunities, driving data-based problem solving and improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustainable results. You will also play an important role in people and team management, developing team capabilities and fostering a strong quality and continuous improvement mindset. This position requires a combination of strong quality expertise, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, project management skills, and people leadership.
Job Description:
1. Quality Surveillance & Audit
- Lead and oversee Process Audit activities to assess process compliance, effectiveness, and potential quality risks.
- Lead and oversee Product Audit activities to ensure products meet defined quality standards and requirements.
- Analyze audit findings, identify systemic issues and root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality trends and performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
2. Quality Improvement
- Lead and facilitate Quality Improvement Projects, applying appropriate quality tools and methodologies to address problems and improve process performance.
- Drive root cause analysis and develop practical, sustainable solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
- Track project progress, effectiveness, and results to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
- Promote a proactive and preventive approach to quality across relevant functions.
3. Ad-hoc & Cross-functional Projects
- Lead or support ad-hoc quality projects and initiatives relevant to the QSI team and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve quality-related issues, and improve overall operational performance.
- Provide quality insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
4. People & Team Management
- Manage, coach, and develop QSI team members to strengthen technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance objectives for the team.
- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective resource planning and allocation to deliver QSI activities and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Audit, Product Audit, or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of quality standards, requirements, audit practices, and relevant quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or participating in improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong people management, and team development capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Result-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify risks, follow through on actions, and ensure sustainable results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
