- Support strategic growth projects, assist in project execution to drive cross-border seller sales growth, and optimise marketing decisions
- Analyse cross-border performance data to identify trends and insights, growth opportunities, and key problem areas
- Conduct market research, user studies and competitive analysis to determine future growth strategies
- Pilot new programs and initiatives across markets, track results, and propose iterations for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, translate findings into actionable project recommendations and iterations
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across regions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to data and an ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
- Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
