Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design timeline and work plan for several workforce projects
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis and benchmark study to identify improvements
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant inputs and feedback
  • Execute and manage strategic projects in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports or slides to update senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
  • Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills
  • Excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to fit into fast-paced culture is a must
