Strategic Project Lead, SG Business Intelligence

- Consolidate, analyse, and present Singapore's financial performance and outlook to support strategic and business decision-making
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes in partnership with finance teams and functional leads
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem definition and hypothesis development through analysis, recommendations, and implementation
- Develop and enhance business logic, financial reporting frameworks, and management reporting processes
- Work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen data quality and ensure alignment between accounting and management views of financial performance
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to identify business trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Drive financial planning and integration for new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in strategy consulting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint familiarity with financial systems, SQL, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) would be advantageous
- Solid understanding of accounting principles familiarity with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion
- Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
