Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development
  • Translate client briefs into compelling communication strategies grounded in audience insights, cultural trends, and platform mechanics.
  • Build full-funnel social and influencer plans, defining the role of each tactic in achieving campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to co-develop ideas that are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and earned-media-ready.
  1. Influencer & Social Planning
  • Design and optimize influencer-led and WOM (Word of Mouth) activations, including seeding, UGC, and ambassador programs.
  • Develop influencer alignment strategies to ensure authentic brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Support content production through content calendars, social formats, and tactical recommendations.
  1. Measurement & Insights
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns.
  • Lead campaign reporting with strategic interpretation of data, turning results into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor social trends and influencer culture to keep strategies relevant and future-focused.

Key Deliverables

  • Strategic decks and proposals that win client trust (target: 50%+ pitch win rate).
  • Comprehensive influencer and content deployment plans per campaign.
  • Well-structured creative briefs for social and content development.
  • Clear articulation of the role of each tactic in driving business results.
  • Measurement frameworks and post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1+ years in Strategic Planning, Content Planning, or Social Planning within creative or digital agencies.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of social platforms, digital consumer behavior, and influencer culture.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with influencer or WOM campaigns.
  • Skills: Sharp strategic thinking, ability to synthesize data with creativity into compelling narratives.
  • Language: Strong writing and storytelling in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a strong growth mindset.
  • Culture Fit: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and continuous change.
