Your role
Youll work with senior leaders across multiple industriesto create and executewinwin partnership modelsthat expand our reach and deliver tangible results.
What youll do
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership opportunities with key organizations in relevant sectors(finance, technology, HR, etc.).
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Design partnership frameworks and go-to-market plans that drive revenue and user growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams(sales, product, marketing)to ensure successful partnership activation.
- Track performance against agreed milestones and continuously optimize for better results.
What were looking for
- 35+ yearsof experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales preferably inB2B tech, fintech, HR solutions, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex partner relationships.
- Strong network in one or more relevant industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven, self-starter mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
