Job Description

A. Client Development & Acquisition (30%)

Search for and proactively approach potential customers, especially brands on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop - 80%, Shopee - 20%).

Build relationships with medium to large enterprise clients to expand collaboration opportunities.

Propose collaboration opportunities, arrange meetings via email, phone, or in person.

B. Consulting & Negotiation & Contracting (30%)

Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable, optimized solutions.

Take full ownership of negotiations, closing deals, and drafting service contracts with clients.

Ensure all agreements are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

C. Client Relationship Management (10%)

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term cooperation and satisfaction.

Support Key Account Management to resolve issues during collaboration if relevant to the prior dealing.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest to nurture them into long-term partners.

D. Revenue Growth & Market Development (30%)

Drive sales growth through strategic business development activities.

Monitor and meet assigned revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

Support onboarding of customers from e-commerce platforms into Ecomobis system.

2. Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 35 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships in relevant industries (Marketing Agency, Affiliate, Livestream, E-commerce, or Technology). Direct B2B sales experience in services or consulting is strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Planning, market research, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Strategic mindset and ability to perform under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plus.

Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

Attitude:

Highly responsible, energetic, and results-oriented.

Eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

100% Salary and allowances for 2-month Probation

Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/day worked, Laptop allowance: 400,000 VND/month, Free parking, Telephone subsidy: 500,000 VND/month
