Job Description:
Strategy Support:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand technical information requests, identify gaps in process, and implement digital solutions to deliver expected business outcomes thereby enhancing the organization's capacity to achieve strategic goals
- Create detailed project plans & business-required documents across various stages, adhering to the project timelines and budget for deliverables
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to boost product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
New Feature Coordination:
- Support in planning and execution for impactful product launches
- Play a role in coordinating and ensuring smooth releases of new product features.
- Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure new features align with specifications.
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Help monitor product performance through data analysis, competitor research, and market insights.
- Assist in identifying emerging opportunities and challenges for continuous product enhancements.
- Contribute to maintaining our products as industry leaders by providing input for improvements.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a PMO role and lead the implementation of large-scale projects
- Possess good communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey ideas.
- Display a keen business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback, and being able to analyze it for continuous system improvement.
