Solution Architect (NodeJS/Angular) _ HCM

Key Responsibilities

Design and define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Lead the design of microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
Establish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for Angular and Node.js development.
Architect, review, and oversee cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and support critical technical decisions.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, including solution architecture responsibilities.
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Angular and Node.js.
Solid experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS and Azure.
Strong understanding of API design, system integration, cloud-native architecture, and security best practices.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
AWS or Azure Solution Architect certifications.
Experience working with international clients and Agile/Scrum environments.
