HealthBridge AI is a health-tech startup developing JarvisMD, an AI-powered Clinical Scribe

and analytics platform that helps doctors focus more on patients and less on paperwork. Built with advanced Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), JarvisMD automates medical documentation, improves workflow efficiency, and ensures compliance with PDPA and HIPAA standards.

We are looking for a full-time Software Engineer (Contractor) to lead the development and technical growth of the JarvisMD platform, covering both backend and frontend implementation. This is a 3-month contract position with flexible working hours ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to build impactful healthcare technology powered by AI.

The Role

You will work closely with the founding team to design, build, and evolve the JarvisMD platform, contributing to both backend and frontend development. This role involves defining technical direction, delivering scalable features, and ensuring reliability across real clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop the JarvisMD platform end-to-end, covering both backend architecture and frontend implementation.

Build AI-powered solutions using foundation models and LLMs, including fine-tuning and customization for clinical documentation and analytics.

Manage databases and infrastructure, designing scalable systems with SQL/NoSQL storage and containerized microservices.

Ensure system reliability and compliance with HIPAA and PDPA standards through secure authentication and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Develop REST APIs and integrate with partner platforms for interoperability.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong architecture and programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, and full-stack development.

Experience in AI development, including agentic AI, fine-tuning foundation models, and model deployment for production.

Proven track record in backend development and MLOps, with experience in microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST API design, and database management.

Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks, particularly TypeScript and React.

Practical experience with cloud deployment on Azure or Google Cloud.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS).

Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Celery, Redis, Kafka).

Background in healthcare, medical informatics, or AI-driven SaaS products.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).
