Brancher.X Vietnam formerly Havas Vietnam is looking for an experienced Social Commerce Lead to lead and scale performance-driven social commerce campaigns.
In this role, you will act as the strategic partner to clients, managing relationships, driving campaign performance, and leading a cross-functional team across KOL/KOC marketing, livestream shopping, affiliate networks, and short-form content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Leadership
- Act as the main client partner for social commerce projects, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
- Lead client communications, manage expectations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Translate client business goals into actionable campaign strategies.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of social commerce campaigns (planning execution optimization).
- Manage influencer/KOL booking, livestream production, affiliate operations, and content seeding.
- Align content and messaging with brand strategy to maximize conversion and ROI.
3. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor account executives/coordinators in daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Media, Creative, Affiliate, Production) and external vendors (KOLs, studios, platforms).
- Supervise UGC production, livestream hosts, and influencer deliverables to ensure quality and performance.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Oversee campaign monitoring via affiliate dashboards, Google Sheets, Trello/Notion, CRM tools.
- Own KPI tracking (conversion, ROI, GMV, CTR, engagement, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven optimization recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 46 years of experience in digital marketing, social commerce, or influencer/KOL marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management or client-facing role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale influencer/affiliate campaigns and mega livestream sales events.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, affiliate ecosystems, and short-form video trends.
- Skilled in project management, stakeholder handling, and cross-team coordination.
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of performance marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English proficiency preferred).
