We are seeking a strategic, data-drivenDigital & Performance Marketing Team Leaderto lead and scale our full-funnel digital marketing efforts. This role will oversee the strategy and execution across all key digital channelspaid media, SEO, social, content, web, email/CRM, and analyticsto drive brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of strategist and operator: highly analytical, creatively minded, and experienced in building and managing high-performing teams and integrated campaigns across a dynamic digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including:
- Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Zalo)
- Owned Channels (Email/CRM, Website, SEO/SEM, Content, Social)
- Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional in-house team and manage external agency partners
- Own and optimize the digital marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and scalable growth
- Collaborate closely with brand, product, creative, and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns and customer journeys
- Drive performance across key growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, and retention
- Oversee CRO strategies and ensure the digital funnel is optimized end-to-end
- Implement and manage marketing technologies (CRM, CDP, automation platforms) to enable personalization and automation
- Lead data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and present insights to senior leadership
- Stay on the cutting edge of platform changes, emerging tools, and digital marketing best practices
- Drive experimentation through structured A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign iteration
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition and conversion
- Proven success leading teams and managing multi-million dollar digital media budgets
- Deep expertise across platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, YouTube, affiliate marketing, and local channels like Zalo
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Amplitude)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to translate data into action
- Experience with attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, and media mix optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Prior experience in a high-growth eCommerce or DTC environment is strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
