JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy & Execution
- Develop comprehensive advertising plans for each stage with large-scale budget orientation.
- Set up, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Team Management & Development
- Directly manage 5+ Ads staff, assign tasks, provide advanced training, and enhance team performance.
- Establish KPI monitoring mechanisms, prepare periodic reports, and propose improvement solutions.
Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor data closely, evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Generate customer insights and collaborate with Content/Customer Service teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Long-term Growth Orientation
- Research emerging advertising trends and stay updated with platform policies to ensure efficiency.
- Contribute to marketing strategy planning and company revenue growth initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing within cosmetics companies.
- Preferred candidates with experience working at large-scale agencies/clients.
- Achieved advertising revenue of over 2 billion VND per month.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads; multi-channel expertise is a strong advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, sharp data analysis skills, and quick decision-making ability.
- Proven leadership, training, and team management skills.
