Role OverviewThis is a hands-on role for a digital marketer with 45 years of B2B experience who can turn online presence into real business leads. Youll own our social media, website, blog, and SEO, while experimenting with new channels like TikTok and Zalo to reach decision-makers in Vietnam and the region. Youll work closely with our CMO and sales team to create measurable impact, not just awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
- Build campaigns across online channels (social, website, blog, email, paid media) to deliver qualified B2B leads.
- Set up and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows.
- Measure, analyze, and improve campaign performance against lead KPIs.
- Content & Channels Management
- Manage and grow Renova Clouds social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with consistent, high-quality content.
- Write and publish blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership aligned with AWS and Renova initiatives.
- Explore and test new growth channels.
- Execution & Innovation
- Hands-on creation and publishing of posts, visuals, and campaigns (using tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
- Leverage AI tools for faster content & design creation, campaign analytics.
- Experiment quickly, learn from results, and double down on what works.
Requirements- 35 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B / enterprise audiences.
- Strong track record managing social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Startup or fast-growth company experience a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, lead funnels, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with emerging channels in Vietnam (TikTok, Zalo) and how to adapt B2B content.
- Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, etc.).
- Ability to use AI/creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Synthesia, Figma AI, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Jasper) to generate demos, visuals, and video content.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Data-driven, creative, and able to work independently in a small team.
