Job Descriptions
As aCustomer Service in operations, your will ensure the highest quality of customer service possible through providing excellent solutions for customers inquiries and issues leading by example.
Manage the day to day operation within your assigned team including process serving customers online or via hotline.
Coordinate with other team members regarding product pricing and support.
Make purchase orders for raw materials when requested by relevant team and record data
Process daily orders as per customers instructions and find better ways to deliver them faster to the recipient and coordinate with delivery providers.
Ability to focus and multi-tasking.
Ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded through excellent customer service and focus on feedback and weekly debrief to line manager.
Support the florist and processing team to make sure efficiency is maintained at all circumstances and orders have been delivered on time and with highest quality. Escalates issues to related departments if you/your team cannot be resolved quickly.
Take high responsibility for serving customers by wow Customer Service.
Get new initiatives to improve processes, daily task.
Willing to learn new things and adapt to the new environment quickly.
Support effective communication across the departments and creating a positive work environment.
Provide regular, transparent feedback and reporting on team performance to office Manager/ line manager.
Follow any other tasks assigned by office manager/line manager.
Job requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience or in business operations.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills both Vietnamese and English
Skills in listening, problem solving, and forward thinking
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment. Familiarity with Ecommerce is a plus.
High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions.
