Working time: From Monday to Saturday Morning

Working location: 10th Lilama Office Building, no.56 To Huu Street, Trung Van ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently handling and resolving customer issues and inquiries;
• Collaborating with Tech Support to provide timely solutions to users;
• Collecting customer reviews to boost app ratings and improve service.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 equivalent;
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and pursue self-directed learning;
• Experience in e-commerce and basic IT knowledge are advantages.
