We are seeking a Customer Service (location: Dong Da Ward, Hanoi City) to support and retain customers relationships.
- Find new quality prospects. / Tm kim khch hng tim nng mi.
- Take care of new prospect to offer Trial / Chm sc khch hng mi gi dch v dng th.
- Set up meeting with customers. / Sp xp cuc gp mt vi khch hng.
- Call and support customers during they use ITviecs service. / Lin lc v h tr khch hng trong qu trnh s dng dch v ca ITviec.
- Make customers happy with the services and help Sales Team upsell. / Khin khch hng hi lng vi nhng dch v Itviec v h tr phng kinh doanh y doanh s.
- Handle job posting relating tasks. / Chu trch nhim ng tin tuyn dng.
- Handle sales operation tasks such as taking and making notes of coming phone calls, ect. / Chu trch nhim h tr phng kinh doanh: ghi ch cc cuc gi vo ca khch hng.
- Occasionally interact with HR key person from Vietnams leading IT companies on some assigned tasks. / Tng tc thng xuyn vi nhn s ca cc cng ty IT hng u Vit Nam.
- Support customers are using our site. / H tr khch hng s dng website ca ITviec.
- Make report. / Lm bo co tng hp s liu.
Job requirements
- Female, 24 - 32 years old. / N, 24-32 tui.
- At least 1 year telesales / customer serviceexperience. / Ti thiu 1 nm kinh nghim telesales / chm sc khch hng.
- English required (writing and reading, do not need to communicate fluent). / Ting Anh c vit.
