We're seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a key focus on driving end‑to‑end recruitment for IT, Data roles, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, while supporting both immediate hiring needs and long‑term talent strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the overall hiring strategy of Home Credit Vietnam, with a strong focus on IT/Tech and Data hiring, ensuring teams consist of a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement effective sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, direct sourcing, referrals, and employer branding initiatives targeting tech & data communities.
- Define, plan & leverage online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in-house data to identify and recruit top talents.
- Manage and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan, coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person/virtual interviews.
- Build close and trusted relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on role requirements, expectations, and interview process.
- Consult Hiring Managers & stakeholders to evaluate and select best-fit candidates in selection process.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback and related hiring documentation to share with key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with hands-on IT/Tech/Data full-cycle hiring, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with social media sourcing, CV databases, and professional networks.
- A keen understanding of business insights, keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in documenting processes.
- Fluent English communication.
