EQuest is looking for a Group Talent Acquisition & HRBP Manager to lead executive hiring, build talent acquisition platform and take the role of HRBP across our Group companies.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, People & Culture, this role is for someone who thrives in headhunting senior leaders, building strong networks & partnerships, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-changing environment.

What you will do

Talent Acquisition:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for senior & critical roles (Director/Head/Key Experts) across the Group and BUs.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines via talent mapping, market intelligence, and relationship-based sourcing.
  • Develop high-trust networks through referrals, industry communities, and leadership circles.
  • Partner with BU leaders and BU P&C teams to clarify needs, advise search strategy, and ensure selection quality.
  • Drive hiring excellence: structured assessments, strong candidate experience, post-hire reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Build EQuest Employer Branding (Group-wide): develop and execute EB initiatives to strengthen EQuest's talent attraction—especially for leadership and critical roles (content, campaigns, partnerships, selective events, and internal ambassador programs).

HRBP role: Serve as a strategic partner to Group leadership and Business Units to align people strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide expert coaching and advice to managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Support change management initiatives and workforce planning to ensure the organization is structured for growth.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture integration across the Group.

What we are looking for

  • BA in Education/Business or related major
  • Strong track record in executive search / headhunting (industry-agnostic).
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Mindset: fast learner, proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong network in Education industry is prefered
  • Thrives on building relationships and engaging with leadership and industry circles.
  • Deep insight into Education & Labor market trends, talent shifts, and the competitor landscape.
  • Understand salary benchmarks and total rewards to advise on competitive executive offers.
