Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to attract and recruit high‑quality talent and to play an active role in shaping and enhancing our recruitment systems and processes. This role lets you work closely with business leaders, contribute to hiring initiatives, and be part of the company's talent and recruitment transformation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned job (both Mass and Office level), including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals... to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, AI applications in Talent Acquisition, HR technology, and Employer Branding best practices, and recommend innovative ideas, tools, or process improvements to attract and retain talent.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Talent Acquisition performance metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, EB-to-application conversion, ATS adoption),

Requirements/Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment experience in a reputable recruitment firm
  • Work-related skills:

- Strong experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for both Mass and Office roles, with the ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers.

- Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, employer branding execution, and AI tools to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics, ensure process governance, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Soft skills:

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive, learning‑oriented, and adaptable mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

- Competency‑based interviewing and negotiation skills.
