REQUIREMENTS
Role Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on IT positions such as Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and more.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates skills, and present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide insights on recruitment trends and talent market conditions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work on recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or equivalent knowledge and experience
Min 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a headhunting role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent-sourcing strategies in the IT industry.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
English proficiency required for communication (Min Ielts 7.0)
