REQUIREMENTS

Role Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on IT positions such as Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and more.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates skills, and present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on recruitment trends and talent market conditions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work on recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Min 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a headhunting role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent-sourcing strategies in the IT industry.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
  • English proficiency required for communication (Min Ielts 7.0)
