KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Student & Parent Communication

  • Act as a key communication point between students, parents, teachers, and the EC Team.
  • Monitor student needs, concerns, satisfaction, and learning progress, and provide timely support.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents in Chinese when required.

2. Student Retention & Re-enrollment

  • Own the re-enrollment process for assigned students, from identifying upcoming course completion to follow-up and payment confirmation.
  • Monitor remaining credits, attendance, progress, and engagement to identify re-enrollment opportunities and at-risk students.
  • Consult parents on suitable courses and learning pathways based on students needs and progress.
  • Follow up on pending re-enrollment cases and coordinate with the EC Team to improve conversion.
  • Track re-enrollment status and reasons for non-renewal and propose actions to improve retention.

3. Class Setup & Attendance Management

  • Ensure class information is accurately set up and maintained in the system, including the correct students, teacher, class schedule, lesson time, and lesson duration.
  • Manage and update student attendance accurately and on time.
  • Immediately update the system when there are any changes to students, teachers, schedules, class duration, or other class-related information.
  • Regularly check system data to ensure attendance and class records are complete, accurate, and aligned with actual class operations.

4. Academic Operations

  • Support class scheduling and smooth lesson execution.
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure students receive appropriate academic support.
  • Monitor attendance and engagement and follow up on repeated absences or disengagement.

5. Student Progress & Quality

  • Monitor student academic progress and identify students requiring additional support.
  • Ensure teachers complete required assessments and learning updates.
  • Report academic risks, student concerns, and service quality issues to the Center Manager.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of student status, attendance, remaining credits, and re-enrollment progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on retention, re-enrollment, attendance, and student concerns.
  • Work closely with the EC Team, teachers, and Center Manager to improve the student journey.

7. Events & Engagement

  • Support academic events, workshops, and cultural activities to enhance student engagement.
  • Encourage students and parents to participate in relevant NHM activities and learning communities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in academic operations, student/parent support, customer service, sales, or related roles, with experience in student retention or re-enrollment preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in OOOLAB or similar classroom management and attendance systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate student, class, and attendance records.

WORKING TIME: 12.30 - 8.30pm from Monday to Thursday, 9.00 -6.00pm on Friday and 8.30-5.30pm on Saturday

SALARY: 11.000.000 - 13.000.000 VND/month (gross), not include incentives for Reenrollment

LOCATION: 218 Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh Ward, HCMC
