Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide effort estimations for change requests
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical design specifications
• Engage in front-end and back-end development to create robust applications
• Develop and perform unit testing of software components independently
• Manage deployment processes across various testing and production environments
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
• Implement and manage effective source code versioning and branching strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Deliver quality solutions that integrate well with existing systems
• Upgrade and maintain middleware components that support applications
• Configure and enhance application build environments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of application development experience
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including Angular JS, React JS, JavaScript, CSS, JAVA, JEE, Spring, PLSQL and REST APIs
• Experience with application servers such as Weblogic and Apache
• Familiarity with database management using Oracle DB and related technologies
• Knowledge of version control systems, Linux shell scripting, and CI/CD practices
• Experience deploying applications in various environments and integrating using APIs, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tool JIRA
