About the Role
Lead and expand Group&aposs business in Vietnam market by collaborating with Head Quarter, Asia region, and Group companies in Vietnam, other BUs and external institutions such as Embassy of Japan, JICA and JBIC.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and proposal activities for Group products and solutions, ensuring achievement of Sales target set as budget plan.
- Lead proposal activities in collaboration with Company Digital Services, focusing on DX (Digital Transformation) solutions for the manufacturing industry.
- Coordinate with Japanese-related institution (Embassy of Japan, JICA, JCCI) and companies involved in AZEC/GX Working Team to support initiatives related to energy grid development in Vietnam, in collaboration with Energy BUs.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to promote additional products and upgrades.
- Provide translation and interpretation support for Management in Vietnamese, Japanese and English.
- Support General Director in developing business strategies, reporting project progress to BUs, and coordinating with HQ, Asia region, and Group companies in Vietnam.
- Other ad hoc duties be assigned.
Qualifications
- Language: proficiency in Japanese, English and Vietnamese
- Experience: Sales and marketing experience in manufacturing industry.
- IT knowledge and experience with DX proposal.
- Proven ability to collaborate across different business sectors (e.g., IT and OT).
- Knowledge of energy sector and related business development.
- Minimum 35 years experience in a large corporate environment.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multi-stakeholder coordination.
