Job Description

Business Development Manager is the primary driver of our revenue growthand client acquisition. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into lasting clients. You will lead the entire commercial processfrom positioning our value and creating proposals to negotiating and closing deals. After the sale, you will continue to manage the client relationship, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The ideal candidate will be a a natural hunter with a strategic farmer&aposs mindsetaggressively pursuing new opportunities while skillfully nurturing existing relationships to maximize long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Positioning & Strategy:

  • Lead the entire sales engagement with high-value prospects.
  • Strategically set the stage for the relationship, establishing a strong foundation and positioning our company as the ideal solution provider for the client&aposs business problems.

Commercial Dealing & Sales Closing:

  • Drive the full sales cycle by developing, presenting, and articulating compelling business proposals and commercial offerings.
  • Lead deal negotiations, handle objections, and successfully close agreements to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Strategic Account Management & Growth:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, nurturing strong, long-lasting partnerships built on trust and success.
  • Continuously maintain and strengthen our position as the client&aposs preferred strategic partner.

Internal Collaboration & Solution Crafting:

  • Act as the central point of communication between the client and our internal teams.
  • Work closely with Product Consulting to define product solutions and with Proposal Handling to ensure proposals are fit-for-purpose and compelling.

Contract & SLA Ownership:

  • Oversee the client contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring all terms are met and collaborating with Sales Operations to manage compliance and renewals.

Revenue Expansion & Client Retention:

  • Focus on client retention by ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth, including up-selling and cross-selling new services or product features.

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a B2B Business Development/Account Management or related role, with a proven track record of revenue driven. Experience with premium deals and clients in the enterprise segment is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the Tech Industry with a strong understanding of the Software Development Full Cycle is a huge advantage.
  • Possess a strong &aposhunter&apos mentality combined with exceptional skills in relationship building and management, with hands-on experience working directly with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Expertise in articulating compelling value propositions to diverse audiences and influencing key stakeholders to drive purchasing decisions.
  • A highly motivated, sales-driven mindset with a proactive and relentless approach to tackling challenges and a genuine enjoyment of client-facing interactions.
  • Highly proficient in working both independently to drive outcomes and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Mastery of commercial negotiation and deal-closing techniques, backed by strong business acumen.
