Location: Vietnam / India (with international coordination)
Reporting to: CEO / Division Head
About Us
IV International is a fast-growing trading company engaged in global commodity trading. We are expanding our commodity division and seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead sales, develop markets, and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the commodity division.
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including inventory planning, order dispatch, and client servicing.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in domestic and international markets.
Negotiate effectively with suppliers, buyers, and partners to secure profitable deals.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring professional growth and alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and key clients.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development (preferably in commodities, trading, or supply chain).
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales planning, and dispatch operations.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
