JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional service to homebuyers and property investors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential real estate, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed residential property sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that attract homebuyers and investors.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations).
