Job Description:

Design and launch specialized marketing programs to drive platform growth and seller/buyer engagement
Analyze program performance and user feedback to iterate and improve effectiveness over time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Ops, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth setup and execution.
Lead or support onboarding flows and campaign readiness for sellers and buyers as part of program rollout
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve program scalability and impact

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in program planning, strategic project management, or go-to-market initiatives, preferably in e-commerce/digital platforms.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Proven experience in end-to-end program management and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent communication skills (English & Vietnamese) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Slides.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
